Baked Potato Wedges Basil Olive Oil Recipe

Number of servings: 4

Ingredients:

-3 Medium-Large Baking Potatoes
-2 Tablespoons Sonoma Farm Basil Olive Oil

-Rosmary pinch
-Salt
-Pepper

Preparation:

-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

-Cut the potatoes into even wedges. Place Potatoes in a bowl and add all other ingredients.
-Coat well, line cookie sheet with parchment paper and place in a single layer.
-Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
