Basil, Tomato, Balsamic, and Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 (1 pound) loaf Italian bread
-1/4 cup Sonoma Farm Italiano Dipping Oil
-1/4 cup Sonoma Farm Balsamic Vinegar Traditional Barrel Aged
-6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
-2 tomatoes, sliced
-4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
-1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Layer the basil, tomato slices, and mozzarella cheese between the two halves of bread. Cut into four sandwiches. In a small dish, stir together the Balsamic Vinegar Traditional Barrel Aged, Italiano dipping oil and red pepper flakes drizzle on bread.

I thought this was good… Used red wine vinegar instead of the balsamic, and just drizzled it over the sandwich.
