Chipotle Apple Balsamic Pork Roast Recipe

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients:
-4 pounds boneless pork loin roast
-4 Tablespoon Sonoma Farm Apple Balsamic Vinegar
-1 teaspoon sweet Hungarian paprika
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle powder
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Let pork loin roast come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a shallow roasting pan with nonstick foil.
Rub the apple balsamic on to the pork.
Combine paprika, onion powder, chipotle powder, garlic powder, and salt. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture over the outside of the pork roast. Place pork in the prepared pan, fat-side up.
Bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours until internal temperature reaches 150 F. with an instant-read meat thermometer”>thermometer. Remove from oven and tent with foil. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
