From Modena Italy, Sonoma Farm Balsamic Vinegar is made by slowly simmering the grapes in copper cauldrons, then combining the reduction with older balsamic vinegar to help speed acidification. The blend is transferred to oak barrels, which imbue the aged vinegar with rich aroma, flavor, low acidity 3%, and color.

I normally don’t like alot of balsalmic, but this flavor is not off-putting and you can use a normal amount without it becoming overbearing. I was expecting it to be too sweet, but pleasantly surprised that it is not. Terrific product!

We use this to preserve fresh strawberries…Just a few drops keep them fresh for a week with a delicious chocolatey flavor

This Balsamic vinegar is delicious on desserts. Frozen banana desert from my dessert bullet. Awesome I made dark sweet cherry frozen dessert that was really good too. Buy yourself a dessert bullet on Amazon for a fat free sugar free delicious dessert.

I’m obsessed with this company. I went and bought a few more flavors directly from them. I have to ease up on my consumption of vinegar though because it’s giving me heartburn but that’s just because I add it to literally everything ????.
