Creamy Cups with Raspberry Balsamic Recipe
Ingredients:
-2 packages (30 total) mini fillo shells
-1-1/2 cups whipping or heavy cream
-1/2 cup Sonoma Farm Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
-30 Fresh Raspberries
Preparation:
Remove the tray of fillo shells from the boxes. Beat the whipping cream until stiff. Hand stir in the Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar and sweetened condensed milk. Spoon mixture into fillo shells. Top with fresh Raspberries. Keep refrigerated until served.
