Florentine Grilled Steak with Lemon Olive Oil Recipe
Ingredients:
-2 (10 to 12 ounce) T-bone steak per person ( 1 to 2 inches thick)
-Coarse sea Salt
-3 Tbs Sonoma Farm Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Steps:
Cook steak on very hot grill – flipping steak once 3 – 4 minutes total
Transfer steak to a warm platter
Sprinkle with sea salt
Brush steak generously with Sonoma Farm Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
