Sonoma Farm bulk mild Giardiniera is the same great giardiniera only with extra virgin olive oil. This giardiniera has no GMO (genetically modified organism). This one-gallon size is great for food service.

Sonoma Farm giardiniera follows the same recipe that Chicago Italians have been making for 100 years. Giardiniera is unique to Chicago were it is made with olive oil or soybean oil vs. a vinegar base. Giardiniera is used as a condiment. Our giardiniera is made from all natural savory blends of mild peppers, cauliflower, celery, carrots and olives packed in extra virgin olive oil. We source all of your produce from local farmers.

    It’s hard ti find giardiniera in oil around us (all the local stores have it with vinegar, not oil – different taste). It’s a huge bucket and my wife loves it for her salads.

    We just received our first order from Sonoma Farm…best giardiniera we’ve ever had. My girlfriend and I found you while searching for giardiniera/muffuletta made without soybean oil (for health reasons). Olive oil really makes a remarkable flavor difference, even with mild giardiniera compared to others I’ve tried.
