Grilled Corn with Feta Topped with Lime Infused Olive Oil Recipe
Ingredients:
4-5 Ears of Corn
1/4 cup Sonoma Farm Lime infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-6 oz Feta cheese
-salt/pepper to taste
Steps:
1. Grill Ears of Corn
2. Shave grilled corn off cob
3. In medium bowl toss corn with Lime Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4. Add feta cheese and fresh cilantro
5. Season to taste
