Oven-Roasted Asparagus with Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 1/2 – 2 pounds asparagus trimmed.
-1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
-4 tablespoon Sonoma Farm Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Steps:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place asparagus in a single layer in a large roaster pan.
Toss lightly with blood orange infused olive oil and sea salt.
Roast asparagus turning occasionally for 20 minutes or until tender.

I prepared these as directed and they turned out great! I never liked asparagus before but I love it now.
