Ingredients:
- Canned quartered artichoke hearts.
- Sonoma Farm Extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and black pepper.
- Sprinkle on some finely grated Parmesan cheese.
Directions:
- Fry in in a pan with olive oil until brown on each side
- Season them
- Service them hot
