-3/4  cup Sonoma Farm Butter Olive Oil
-1 cup sugar
-3 eggs
-3 1/2 cups self-rising flour
-1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation:
-Mix oil and sugar; add eggs.

-Mix in rest of the ingredients.
-bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
