Grilled Pound Cake with Lime Olive Oil Drizzled with Balsamic Recipe

Ingredients:

-6 ( 1 inch thick) slices pound cake
-6 teaspoons of Sonoma Farm Lime Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-8 teaspoons Sonoma Farm Balsamic Vinegar

Steps:

Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium heat
Brush both sides of pound cake with Lime Olive Oil
Place Pound cake on grill close cover until lightly toasted
Place one slice of pound cake on plate and drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar
