Doug –
I bought this as a gift for my husband. He’s really fussy with his oil, we normally buy only when in Italy. This must be really nice as he’s asked me to order it again as he’s running out!
Chip –
This is a wonderful accessory for my kitchen. I use it with flavored balsamic vinegar to marinate chicken, fish, and meat. Yummy taste. I love the taste of lemon so this has become a real favorite.
Robert –
I like every thing about this EVOO. It creates a flavor explosion when added to everything. We try to eat healthy. we have salads with kale and spinach but we end up with too much salad dressing, salt and pepper to add flavor. Just a few drops ads so much flavor to our salads. We now enjoy eating salads. And we know that it is healthy because of the low in free fatty acids. We dip pieces of a baguette into it for desert. Sometimes we pour a shot to swirl in our mouths and then slowly swallow it. I treasure it like a bottle of 12 year single malt scotch. maybe I’ll start keeping it in our liquor cabinet.

Awesome turn around time! Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
Audra –
This is vastly superior in taste, aroma, and quality to any other olive oil I’ve had in USA. The texture is smooth and velvety with a crisp and slightly peppery finish-no bitter aftertaste. I don’t recommend frying at a high temperature as it may scorch; best used as dressing fruits/veggies, dipping bread, or finishing a pizza. This is an experience rather than a flavor. I would have expected to pay much more for this oil after having used it the first time. I’m hooked, and I speak as a harsh critic.
Bonnie –
The flavor and texture of this olive oil proved SO much better than the recent ones purchased at any store; it’s peppery and fresh tasting.
Joe –
I have been using extra virgin, extra extra virgin, cold press this & pure that, olive oil for years. Some pretty good but most naah!. Then I found Sonoma Farm. This is by far the best olive oil I’ve used. All my old recipes has new life, tasting like originally intended. This is the best!
Rick –
It’s not unusual for us to have a dozen olive oils in our pantry. We will pay dearly for really interesting oils. This ranks among the best we’ve had. Pungent but in a good sense, intensely flavored. Can stand alone with a touch of lemon or vinegar, garlic and pepper on fresh lettuces. Must try.
Hahn –
I LOVE this olive oil for salad. Add some balsamic glaze and u are good to go!!
Riley –
My first order arrived damage, but they quickly sent me a new bottle as soon as I notified them. Overall I love the Lemon Infused Olive Oil and will be ordering again.
