We absolutely love this olive oil on salmon! It keeps it fresh and moist while baking or grilling. We also douse our pan roasted veggies like broccoli and asparagus with it! Yesterday I put some in our pasta salad and it really brightened the dish.

I have been using this olive oil for just about all my recipes. Love the added lemon flavor and makes wonderful salad dressing – I just ad Red Wine Vinegar and Lemon Pepper. Wonderful product!
