Portobello Burgers with Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil Recipe

Ingredients:

-3 teaspoons Sonoma Farm Infused Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-4 (4-inch) portobello caps
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-4 sandwich rolls

Preparation:

Heat blood orange infused oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle mushrooms with salt and pepper. Add mushrooms to pan; sauté 4 minutes or until tender, turning once. Add garlic to pan; sauté 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
Place 1 mushroom on each bun and service with favorite toppings.

    I want my family to eat more veggies , less meat, so I tried this recipe. This is delicious! My meat and potato husband has already requested this again for this weeks menu.

    I’m trying to loose some weight, and I’m always looking for healthy/delicious things to eat, things that my husband can enjoy too (poor thing, is not his fault haha). Well, this burger is just fabulous! super healthy, very few calories and delicious! I just switch the buns for flat/thin bread to make it healthier, and it was still super good.
