Strawberry Balsamic Cocktail with Fresh Basil Gin Recipe

Makes 4 cocktails

-6 tablespoon Sonoma Farm Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
-Pinch of sea salt
-Handful of fresh basil
-6 ounces of your favorite gin
-3-ounce tonic

1. In a medium bowl, add , pinch of salt, pepper and strawberry balsamic vinegar

2. To assemble the cocktail, divide the basil leaves between glasses. Fill all the glasses with ice cubes. Pour in 1 to 2 ounces of gin, 2 to 3 tablespoons of strawberry balsamic mixture and top with tonic. Give the mixture a good stir and garnish.
